Hey Raz, thanks for your comment. Our contract is not locked, so we can build with it. The previous BODAV1 was a locked contract so we couldn't build with it.

Luckily our new BODAV2 is able to be controlled. Although some people might say that isn't not decentralized, we always consult the community before making any changes to the smart contract. And a governance token will created to allow for more voting power in the community.
