Please read the following statement very carefully as it provides important information regarding the future of BODA token.
Dear BODA token Community Holders,
Many of you may be aware that there is a lot of concern from inside and outside the community surrounding copyright issues related to our use of Baby Yoda and Star Wars content.
After speaking with a copyright lawyer in Australia, the Development Team and I have decided that BODA token will need to undergo an image re-branding.
What will the BODA token re-branding involve?
The BODA Token re-branding will only change the token Mission Statement, Website, and Logo design. The token name will not change. The token name is locked on the Binance Smart Chain contract as BODA, and therefore cannot be changed. All official social media accounts will remain the same. All financial costs for the re-branding will be covered by myself and the team.
Why must we re-brand the BODA token image?
Because Disney is an enormous company with a global reach that have already tried to sue Artists and Toy Makers from around the world for copyright infringements. A re-branding of Boda token is a necessary requirement to ensure that our community token can continue to thrive long into the future.
Why must we change things now?
Re-branding is an important and crucial step that will allow BODA token to continue to move forward in the cryptocurrency sector. Right now, we are a small community token with a low market cap. Any negative impact from a re-brand will be minimal compared to if we were to conduct a re-brand in the future with a larger community and a larger market cap.
How will we decide on a New Logo for BODA Token?
3 graphics designers have been hired to work on a new token logo for BODA. Once the designs are completed, we will share the new logo designs with the community for a vote. The logo design with the most votes will be chosen as the new logo to represent BODA Token. We believe this is a fair way to decide on a new logo because we are a community-driven token, and every token holder is part of the BODA community.
What will the new BODA Mission Statement be?
The Mission Statement will change to reflect our current strategies, and we will refer to BODA token from now on as a Community-Driven DeFi Token.
BODA token mechanics that were built-in from day one allow it to function as a DeFi token. We are still on track to construct the Yield Farm and Lottery. Our future goal for an NFT platform is still the same.
How long will it take for the re-brand change?
We have hired a website developer who has estimated 2–3 weeks for a brand new website design. When we launch the new website, we will launch the re-branding at the same time. We cannot rush the new website design and 2 weeks is the fastest turn-around we can hope for.
What do we do while we are waiting for the re-brand launch?
We continue with what we are already doing. The development team are still working on the Yield Farm design along with a Lottery system that will allow us to manually burn BODA tokens to reduce supply. We are working on writing documents such as a White Paper and writing guides to help new community members learn how to use different cryptocurrency wallets.
We will continue to post on our official social media accounts using the BODA hashtags.

The Re-brand is a positive step forward for BODA!

No longer will BODA been as a memetoken. No longer will BODA be seen as a joke coin.
People will start to see BODA token as a serious DeFi token with real utility and store of value.
